Our commitment

Jubilee Pay Portal L.L.C S.O.C wants everyone to be able to use jubilepay.com. We have built the website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our engineering target.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading structure and a skip link on every page.
  • Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators, including the navigation menu, accordions and the enquiry form.
  • Text and interface colours that meet WCAG contrast requirements; information is never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Explicit form labels, hints and error messages that are announced to assistive technology.
  • Support for text resizing and reflow up to 400% without loss of content, and touch targets of at least 44 × 44 pixels.
  • Reduced-motion support: animations are minimal and respect your system preference.
  • Language and reading direction declared on every page, including full right-to-left layout for Arabic.

Conformance status

We assess the website with automated tools and manual checks. Automated results alone do not demonstrate conformance, and we have not yet commissioned an independent audit. We therefore describe the website as designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, with the known limitations below.
