Privacy notice
Who is responsible
Jubilee Pay Portal L.L.C S.O.C, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (commercial licence 1636302), is the controller of personal data processed through this website. We refer to ourselves as “the Company”, “we” or “us”.
This notice describes what this website actually does. It will be updated before any new processing is introduced.
What we collect and why
Enquiry form. When you send a business enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, business email address, company or organisation, country, enquiry category, message and, if you choose to give it, a telephone number. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to follow up on it and to keep a record of our correspondence. This processing rests on the consent you give when submitting the form and on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement; where the law that applies to you permits it, we also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Technical data. Our web server records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and the browser type. We use this to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, because it is necessary to protect the website and keep it available.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, social-media embeds or third-party fonts. See the Cookie information page for details of the limited technical storage this website uses.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for identity documents, payment-card details, bank details or other sensitive information through this website, and we ask you not to include such information in your message.
Who receives your data
Enquiries are delivered to the Company’s business mailbox and handled by the people who respond to business enquiries. We use service providers to host this website and our email; they process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
International transfers
The Company is established in the United Arab Emirates. Depending on where you are, responding to your enquiry may involve transferring your details to or from the UAE and to the countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, we put them in place.
How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for a limited period for record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a short, fixed period for security purposes and then deleted. Specific retention periods are set out in our internal records and will be stated here once confirmed.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, please contact us through the enquiry form and select “Other”. We will verify your identity in a proportionate way before acting on a request.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection and are not stored in your browser. We apply access controls and security headers appropriate to a static website.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our processing changes and show the date of the latest version at the top of the page.
